This is a very traditional dish, which has been thoroughly enjoyed at our homes years before bringing it to the restaurant. We know just how tasty it is and because of our perfectionist nature, we are very confident you won’t be disappointed.
This particular dish is favoured by so many because of its simplistic, but yet impossible to replicate tastes and aromas. If you like your food a little hotter, with a bit of a kick, then this is simply something you cannot miss out on.
Likewise to anything we embed into our special’s menu; this is a dish like no other and we promise if you taste it, it won’t be the last time you do, thanks to its addictive and divinely executed tastes.
Chicken Umorpuri
To truly master this dish a lot of determination, time, and practice is needed, whilst this may sound like a substantial amount of effort, the end result is beautiful a true taste sensation – and our chefs love a challenge!
This dish has a very complex nature; bringing together a wide range of different tastes and aromas, beautifully complimenting one another – if cooked correctly!
This dish is made by cooking the chicken breast in ginger-garlic paste, coriander, tomatoes, turmeric powder, and green chili. You might think the multiple tastes might end up overpowering one another; however, this is not the case.
You are also given an element of power and freedom with this dish, as you can ask the chef to alter the heat to suit you. This way, you are able to completely take control of what you’re eating in order for you to have no chance of being disappointed. Again, we promise this is yet another dish that will leave anyone requesting more.
Vegetable Scalo
How could we make a special’s menu without including a dish or two for our vegetarian customers? We just couldn’t. Therefore, this dish is made purely for those who wish not to eat meat or those who simply want a different option, rather than the flavour of meats that you might already be very familiar with.
This particular dish is made with potatoes and sweet corn cooked in a thick sauce. This authentic dish is often requested and we are just as experienced in cooking vegetarian dishes as we are for those who prefer meat. Because of this, it enables this dish to be just as tasty as anything else.
However, it cannot be compared to anything else, as its raw originality flows throughout and you simply just won’t fully understand this until you have tried it for yourself. This dish is also popular throughout the Indian subcontinent and we believe this just goes to show it is highly anticipated for a reason.

All in all, we’re incredibly proud of our special’s menu and it fills us with joy to see our customers indulging in something perhaps out of their comfort zone. We are yet to experience a customer who dislikes a dish on the special’s menu and we think this underlines the fact that these dishes are very demanded on a regular basis.
